APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR AUTUMN RIDGE APARTMKNTS (1110—1190 SK
OLSON DRIVE)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8M USE,IOWA
WHEREAS,tbe City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plarnnng and Zoning Connnission recommended approval of
the Site Plan.for Autumn Ridge Apartments on December 9,2014;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Autumn Ridge Apartments is in general conformance with $304—
Site and Bzzzlding Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Autumn Ridge Apartments is in general conformance with
$301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 2"day of February 2015 that the Site Plan for Autumn Ridge Apartments is approved.
