RESOLUTION 15-049
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR AUTUMN RIDGE PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF WA UEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Centennial Development.L.C.has requested final approval of Autunm Ridge Plat
1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plamung and Zoning Connnission reconuliended approval of
the Plat on December 9,2014 subject to completion of remaining staff coininents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Autunm Ridge Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section (303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,iowa
on tins 2"day of February,2015,that the Final Plat for Autumn Ridge Plat 1 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to review of
the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Street Lot A and B and Outlot Z);
2.Development Agreement —Olson Drive Improvements;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Landscape Buffer Easement;
5.Public Detention Easement;
6.Stormwater Maintenance Covenant.
