RESOLUTION 15-051
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR BROOKRIDGK PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF 8'A USE,IOPVA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHKRKAS,J DEV,LLC has requested final approval of Brookridge Plat 2 (the "Plat"
formerly laiown as Brookside);AND
WHKRKAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reconiinended approval of
the Plat on January 13„2015subject to completion of remaining staff comments;AND,
VUHERKAS,the Final Plat for Brookridge Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section )303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on tins 2""day of February,2015,that the Final Plat for Brookridge Plat 2 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BK IT FURTHKR RKSOLVKD that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Street Lot A);
2.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
3.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Public Electric Easement;
5.Public Utility Easement;
6.Public Landscape Buffer Easement (2);
7.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
8.Private Detention Easement.
