APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A CUSHMAN 32HP MANUAL FROM
TURFWKRKS OF JOHNSTON,IA,IN THK AMOUNT OF $21,325.00
[SUGAR CREEK MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OI'THE CITY OI 8 A USE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of yankee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Parks and Recreation Department reconrmends the
purchase of a Custunan 32hp Manual from Turfwerks of Johnston,IA,in the amount of
$21,325.00 [Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course];AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed purchase would replace an existing 2001 Cuslrman that is in
need of approximately $2,500 worth of repairs that will only extend the life of the
equipment for a short term.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17"'day of February,2015,that it hereby approves the purchase of a
Cuslnnan 32hp Manual from Turfwerks of Jolnxston,IA,in the amount of $21,325.00
[Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course[.
