ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[SE L.A.GRANT PAI~WAY WIDENING PRO JKCT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF IVA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Manatt's,Inc.,of Jolniston,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with the SE L.A.Grant Parkway Widening Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
SE L.A.Grant Parkway Widening Project and confirm that said unprovenients
constructed as a part of tliis project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17"day of February,Z015,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the SE L.A.Grant Parkway Widening Project.
