RESOLUTION 15-059
APPROVING TEMPORARY PARKING ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF SK OLSON DRIVE
FROM SK CRABAPPLK DRIVE EAST TO SE ALICE'S ROAD BETWEEN THK HOURS OF
8:00 A.M.AND 8:00 P.M.ON SATURDAY,FEBRUARY 21,2015,AND BETWEEN THE
HOURS OF 8:00 A.M.AND 8:00 P.M.ON SUNDAY,FEBRUARY 22,2015
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
%HKRKAS,Sports Plex West is hosting a volleyball tournament at their facility on Saturday,
February 21 and Sunday,February 22„2015;AND,
WHEREAS,the owners of Sports Plex West request permission to temporarily allow parking along
the south side of SE Olson Drive from SE Crabapple Drive east to SE Alice's Road from 8:00 a.m.to
8;00 p.m.on both tournament dates.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 20"
day of February,2015,that it hereby approves temporary parking along the south side of SE Olson
Drive from SE Crabapple Drive east to SE Alice's Road between the hours of 8:00 a,m.and 8:00 p.m.
on Saturday,February 21,2015,and between the hours of 8:00 a.m.and 8:00 p.m.on Sunday,
February 22,2015.
