RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,FORM
OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST
WHEREAS,on the 29"day of January,2015,plans,specifications,form of contract and
estimate of cost were filed with the Clerk for the construction of certain public improvements
described in general as the SE Westown Parkway/SE LA Grant Parkway Intersection
Improvements;and
WHEREAS,notice of hearing on plans,specifications,form of contract and estimate of
cost for the public improvements was published as required by law:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WAUIME,STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1.That the plans,specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost are hereby
approved as the plans,specifications,form of contract and estnnate of cost for the public
improvements,as described in the preamble of tins Resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED tins 2nd day of March,2015.
