APPROVING PUBLIC GAS MAIN KASKMKNT IN BOULDER POINTK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UEEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Boulder Pointe,LLC (the "Property Owner")has requested the installation of gas
utilities and has provided a Public Gas Main Easement to serve the development within Boulder
Pointe,an official plat in the City of Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 6"'day of April,2015 that the Public Gas Main Easement related to Boulder Pointe be
and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easement to be filed:
1.Public Gas Main Easement;
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
Public Gas Main Easement,as well as any other dociunents related thereto,'the Dallas
County Recorder.
