RESOLUTION 15-094
APPROVING AGRKKMKNT BETWEEN OWNER AND ARCHITECT
BETWEEN CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA AND RDG PLANNING 4 DESIGN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF 8'A USE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has previously established the Alice's Road
Historic District Committee to work on the preservation of the City's coal mining history
and the development of a park to honor the coal mining community;AND,
WHEREAS,RDG Plarnxng and Design is being retained as a consultant on the project
to provide facilitation of the vision,goals and implementation recorrnnendations of the
conunittee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6"'day of April,2015,that it hereby approves the AIA Contract with RDG
Plamung &Design.
