RESOLUTION 15-099
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR DREW'S ADDITION PLAT 1
I~THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,RM MADDEN CONSTRUCTION,INC.(the "Developer")has requested final
approval of Drew's Addition Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Conunission reconnnended approval of
the Plat on March 24,2015;subject to review of the legal documents by the City Attorney AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Drew's Addition Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto
comply in all respects with Section $303 —Land 8ubdhvision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on tins 6'"day of April,2015,that the Final Plat for Drew's Addition Plat 1 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review
and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Drew's Addition Plat 1,as well as any other documents relate thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
