RESOLUTION 15-102
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 9
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOIUTY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IOPM
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,HUBBELL METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT FUND I,LLC.(the
"Developer")has requested final approval of Glynn Village Plat 9 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Conunission recommended approval of
the Plat on March 10,2015;subject to remaining staff conunents and review of the legal
documents by the City Attorney AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 9 and the documents relating thereto comply
in all respects with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 6"day of April,2015,that the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 9 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review
and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Glynn Village Plat 9,as well as any other documents related ther,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
