APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 9 (1800 —1930 WARRIOR
LANK)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reconnnended approval of
the Site Plan for Glynn Village Plat 9 on March 10,2015;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Glynn Village Plat 9 is in general conformance with )304 —Site
and Building Developnzent Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,fhe Site Plan for Glynn Village Plat 9 is in general conformance with $301.27(A)—
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6"day of April,2015 that the Site Plan for Glynn Village Plat 9 is ap ved.
