RESOLUTION 15-097
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 15
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF 8'A USE,IOP'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,THREE SIXTY GROUP ("Developer")and WILLIAMS POINTE
COMMERCIAL I,LC ("Owner")have requested final approval of Williams Pointe Plat 15;
AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Corrnnission recommended approval of
the Plat on March 24,2015 subject to completion of remaining staff conunents and review of the
legal documents by the City Attorney;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 15 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 6"'day of April,2015,that the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Plat 15 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to review of
the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Street Lot A);
2.Warranty Deed (Street Lot B);
3.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
