RESOLUTION 15-112
APPROVING AGRKEMKNT WITH USDI FOR ENGINEERING MODEL OF GAS
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM NOT TO EXCEED $20,000.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UEEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,in order to properly plan for future growth in Waukee,it is necessary to have a current
model of the City's gas distribution system;AND,
WHEREAS,such modeling will allow the City to see how each subdivision impacts the overall gas
distribution system;AND,
WHEREAS,USDI has submitted an Engineering Model of Gas Distribution System Agreement,
attached hereto as Exhibit A,which the City Attorney has reviewed and found to be satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 20
day of April,2015,that it hereby approves the agreement with USDI for Engineering Model of Gas
Distribution System not to exceed $20,000.00.
