RESOLUTION 15-114
APPROVING PUBLIC SIDEWALK EASKMKNT WITHIN LOT 57 OF GLYNN
VILLAGE PLAT 8
IN THE NAME LVvD BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA USE IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Savannah Homes,Inc.(the "Property Owner")have requested approval of a Public
Sidewalk Easement related to Lot 57 of Glynn Village Plat 8,an official plat in the City of
Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa;AND
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 20'day of April,2015 that the Public Sidewalk Easement related to Lot 57 of Glynn
Village Plat 8 be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City
of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easement to be filed:
1.Public Sidewalk Easement;
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
Public Sidewalk Easement,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
