RESOLUTION 15-111
APPROVING AGRKKMKNT WITH USDI ON RETAINER FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES AT $175.00 PKR MONTH
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SA UKEE,IOS'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a proposed retainer agreement with USDI,attached hereto as Exhibit A,addresses gas
engineering services involving design,specifications,feasibility reports,and/or major working during
the term of said agreement;AND,
WHEREAS,inquiries to and advice from USDI related to meter sizing and regulation delivery
pressures are covered in the monthly rate and will not be billed at an additional hourly rate.
NOW THEREFORE EE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 20
day o f April,2015,that it hereby approves the agreement with USDI on retainer for engineering
services at $175.00 per month.
