RESOLUTION 15-110
APPROVING SATISFACTION OF DEVELOPMENT'S AGRKKMENT-
GLYNN VILLAGE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOMTY OF THE CITY OF WAUEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hubbell Realty Company ("Developer"signed a certain Developer's
Agreement dated August 2,2004 and recorded October 8,2004 in Book 2004 at Page 15861
(the "Agreement"),in the office of the Recorder of Dallas County,Iowa,related to obligations
associated with sanitary sewer facilities associated with Glynn Village subdivision;AND,
WHEREAS,Developer has satisfied all obligations and costs associated with the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this,the 20'"day of April,2015,that the Satisfaction of Developer's Agreement is
approved.
