RESOLUTION 15-245
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR RAMSEY HEIGHTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Kading Properties,LLC,has requested final approval of Ramsey Heights (the"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on July 14,2015 subject to review of the legal documents by the City Attorney;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Ramsey Heights and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 20 day of July,2015,that the Final Plat for Ramsey Heights be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to review of the legal
documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Ramsey Heights,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
