RESOLUTION 15-236
APPROVING AGRKKMKNT WITH USAGAIN REGARDING THE PLACEMENT
OF BINS ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
IN THENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF JYAUICEE,IONIA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,USAgain,a for-profit enterprise promoting recycling and the responsible reuse of
clothes,shoes and household textiles,requests approval of the placement of a recycling bin at
1205 6ia Street (former Waukee Public Works Facility);AND,
WHEREAS,an agreement provided by USAgain includes reimbursement to the City of Waukee
of $0.01 per pound of recycled items with no cost to the City for the bin;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the agreement and finds it satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
20ia day of July,2015,that it hereby approves Agreement with USAgain regarding the placement
of bins on City-owned property.
