RESOLUTION 15-259
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [2015 ASPHALT OVERLAY
PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEF.,IO8'2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Grimes Asphalt and Paving of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the 2015 Asphalt Overlay Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
2015 Asphalt Overlay Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3"day of August,2015,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the 2015 Asphalt Overlay Project.
