RESOLUTION 15-267
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR DAYBREAK PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IJ'AUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hawkeye Homes of Iowa,LLC,has requested final approval of Daybreak Plat
1(the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on June 23,2015,subject to remaining staff comments,review of the legal documents,
and completion of public improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Daybreak Plat I and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 3'day of August,2015,that the Final Plat for Daybreak Plat I be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Lot A);
2.Public Utility Easement;
3.Overland Flowage Easement
4.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5.Storm Sewer Easement;
6.Landscape Buffer Easement;
7.Storm Water Maintenance Covenant;
8.Temporary Turn Around Easement;
9.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
10.Water Main Easement;
11.Storm Sewer Easement;
12.Temporary Construction Easement;
13.Temporary Construction Easement;
14.Temporary Turn Around Easement
