RESOLUTION 15-224
APPROVING THK CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
THE LANDING AT SHADOW CREEK PLAT 3
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOJJ'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for The Landing at
Shadow Creek Plat 3;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section )303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 14'"day of July,2015 that the Construction Drawings for The Landing at
Shadow Creek Plat 3 be approved.
