RESOLUTION 15-226
APPROVING ADDITIONAL WORKING HOURS AS PART OF ADECCO STAII II ING
CONTRACT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO 8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on March 16,2015,the Waukee City Council approved a Temporary Staffing Services
Agreement with Adecco,related to the hiring of a temporary,full-time assistant for the Human
Resource Department for a period of ten weeks (Resolution ¹15-077);AND,
WHEREAS,as the workload continues to increase and the Human Resource Department is currently
recruiting for over 100 census workers,the Human Resource Director requests an additional 600 hours
of time for the temporary assistant;AND,
WHEREAS,the current contract with Adecco is for an open-ended period at a rate of $21.03 per hour.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that an
additional 600 hours as part of the Adecco Staffing Contract for the Human Resource Department is
hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 14'"day of July,2015.
