RESOLUTION 15-176
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[LIFT STATION NO.4 EMERGENCY SEWER LINE EROSION CONTROL]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,J &K Connacting,LLC,of Ames,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the Lift Station No.4 Emergency Sewer Line Erosion
Control Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Lift Station No.4 Emergency Sewer Line Erosion Control Project and confirm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1"day of June,2015,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Lift Station No.4 Emergency Sewer Line Erosion Control Project.
