APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR TRADITION'S CHILDRKNS CENTER (1195 SE
UNIVERSITY AVENUE)
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THECITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Tradition's Childrens Center,subject to remaining staff comments on May 26,
2015;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Tradition's Childrens Center is in general conformance with tj304
—Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Tradition's Childrens Center is in general conformance with
tj301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 1"day of June,2015 that the Site Plan for Tradition's Childrens Center is approved subject
to remaining staff comments.
