RESOLUTION 15-168
APPROVING SURFACE WATER FLOWAGE AND STORM SEWER EASEMENT
WITHIN LOT 20 OF SOUTHFORK WOODS PLAT 2
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHOIUTYOF THE CITYOF NAUKEE,IONA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,James M.Holloway (the "Property Owner")has requested approval of a Public
Surface Water Flowage and Storm Sewer Easement related to Lot 20 of Southfork Woods Plat 2,
an official plat in the City of Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa;AND
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 1"day of June,2015 that the Public Surface Water Flowage and Storm Sewer Easement
related to Lot 20 of Southfork Woods Plat 2 be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by
the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easement to be filed:
1.Public Surface Water Flowage and Storm Sewer Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
Public Surface Water Flowage and Storm Sewer Easement,as well as any other documents
related thereto,with the Dallas County Recorder.
