RESOLUTION 15-125
APPROVING THK REVISED CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
THK LANDING AT SHADOW CREEK PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,revised construction plans have been submitted to the City for The Landing
at Shadow Creek Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,the revised construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer
and City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section )303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 4"day of May,2015 that the Revised Construction Drawings for The
Landing at Shadow Creek Plat 2 be approved.
