RESOLUTION 15-123
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL ADVISORY SERVICES WITH
PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $1,450,000
WATER REVENUE CAPITAL LOAN NOTES 2015B
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOP'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,it is in the best interest of the City to utilize a Financial Advisor for the
purpose of planning and assisting with the sale of bonds,including credit rating
presentations,sale details,negotiation and marketing of bonds,and the required closing
procedures;AND,
WHEREAS,the Mayor and City Council have received an agreement dated April 29,
2015,from the firm of Public Financial Management related to financial advisory
services for the issuance of $1,450,000 Water Revenue Capital Loan Notes 2015B.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa,in
session this 4th day of May 2015,does hereby approve the Agreement for Municipal
Advisory Services with Public Financial Management for the issuance of $1,450,000
Water Revenue Capital Loan Notes 2015B.
