RESOLUTION 15-144
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF WAUKKE AND SNYDER &ASSOCIATES
[ALICE'S ROAD PHASE 4 ICAAP FUNDING APPLICATION]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of Snyder k Associates,Inc.,to assist in the
development of an iowa's Clean Air Attainment Program (ICAAP)funding application related to
potential roadway improvements for the Alice's Road Project,Phase 4;AND,
WHEREAS,the engineering services agreement,attached hereto as Exhibit A,has been
reviewed and approved by the Waukee City Attorney.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Snyder &Associates,Inc.,and the City
of Waukee,IA [Alice's Road Phase 4 ICAAP Funding Application]is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18 day of May,
2015.
