APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
MCCLURE ENGINEERING COMPANY.[2015 BLUKSTEM LIFT STATION ¹14
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of McClure Engineering Company,to
provide civil engineering and land surveying services related to the 2015 Bluestem Lift Station
¹14Improvement Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the Agreement for Professional Consulting
Services and finds it satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with McClure Engineering Company [2015
Bluestem Lift Station ¹14Improvements Project]is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18'"day of May,
2015.
