ACCEPTING PROPOSAL FROM TERRACON CONSULTANTS,INC.,FOR
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES [WAUKEE BLUESTEM LIFT STATION
NO.14 IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Terracon Consultants Inc.,has submitted a proposal for geotechnical engineering
services associated with the Bluestem Lift Station No.14 Improvements Project;AND,
WHEREAS,as part of the proposal,Terracon Consultants,Inc.,shall evaluate the pertinent
geotechnical conditions at the lift station and along the proposed sewer alignment and develop
geotechnical parameters which will assist in the design and construction of the project.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 15
day of June,2015,that it hereby approves the proposal from Terracon for Geotechnical Engineering
Services [Waukee Bluestem Lift Station ¹14Improvements].
