RESOLUTION 15-216
AMENDING ADDRESS FOR LOT I OF AUTUMN RIDGE PLAT I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Glynn Village Plat g on
February 2,2015 and recorded said final plat with Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that there was a scriveners error related to Lot 1 of
Autumn Ridge Plat l.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6"day of July,2015 that it hereby approves amending the local address of
Lot 1 of Autumn Ridge Plat 1 as shown on said plat from 959 SE Alice's Road to 595 SE
Alice's Road.
A copy of this resolution shall be filed of record with the Dallas County,Iowa Recorder.
