RESOLUTION 15-212
APPROVING DES MOINES AREA REGIONAL GIS PARTNERSHIP MEMORANDUM
OF UNDERSTANDING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOR1TY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a Des Moines Regional GIS Partnership has been formed to support public safety
response and emergency management in the Des Moines metropolitan area;AND,
WHEREAS,a Memorandum of Understanding is proposed to recognize and outline
responsibilities for the continued success of the Des Moines Regional GIS Partnership;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the Memorandum of Understanding and finds it
acceptable from a legal perspective.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 6"day of July 2015 that the Des Moines Area Regional GIS Partnership Memorandum
of Understanding is approved.
