APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR CASEY'S GENERAL STORE ¹2538

IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Casey's General Store ¹2538,subject to remaining staff comments on August
11,2015;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Casey's General Store ¹2538is in general conformance with )304
—Sire and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Casey's General Store ¹2538is in general conformance with
I130L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 17'"day of August,2015 that the Site Plan for Casey's General Store ¹2538is approved.
