RESOLUTION 15-274
CORRECTING SCRIVENER'S ERROR RELATED TO PAYMENT ESTIMATE
NO.1 TO GRIMES ASPHALT AND PAVING FOR THE 2015 FALL ASPHALT
OVERLAY PROJECT,CORRECTING THE PAYMENT AMOUNT TO $1897548.75
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF O'A UKEE,IO 5'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on August 3,2015,as part of the Consent Agenda,the Waukee City Council
approved Payment Estimate No.1 to Grimes Asphalt and Paving for the 2015 Fall Asphalt
Overlay Project in the amount of $199,525.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the official meeting agenda contained a scrivener's error in the total dollar
amount which should have read $189,548.75;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 17'day of August,2015,hereby approves correcting a correcting scrivener's errorth
related to Payment Estimate No.1 to Grimes Asphalt and Paving for the 2015 Fall Asphalt
Overlay Project,correcting the payment amount to $189,548.75.
