RESOLUTION 15-288
APPROVING THK CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
OAKLEAF PLAT 1 [KETTLKSTONE BOULEVARD]
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Oakleaf Plat 1
[Kettlestone Boulevard];AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section i]303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 17"'day of August,2015 that the Construction Drawings for Oakleaf Plat 1
[Kettlestone Boulevard]are approved subject to approval of a separate Development
Agreement between Kum &Go,LLC,Ashworth Properties L.C.and the City of Waukee
related to the construction and cost obligations associated with the project.
