RESOLUTION 15-271
APPROVING LEASE AGRKEMKNT BETWEEN DOWNING DEVELOPMENT
WP,LLC AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE RELATED TO CENSUS OFFICE
SPACE
IN THE NAMEAND BYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,City of Waukee intends on completing a Special U.S.Census which
requires the need for office space during the field work that is required to be completed;
AND,
WHEREAS,Downing Development WP,LLC,has provided a Lease Agreement
effective on September 1,2015 and ending October 31,2015,for a rental rate of
$1,000.00 per month.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17"day of August,2015,that it hereby approves the Lease Agreement
between Downing Development WP,LLC,and the City of Waukee related to Census
office space.
