RESOLUTION 15-289
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR OAKLEAF PLAT I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,l08'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Oakleaf Properties,LC,has requested final approval of Oakleaf Plat l(the "Plat");
AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on August 11,2015,subject to remaining staff comments,review of the legal
documents,and completion of public improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Oakleaf Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section t'1303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 17"day of August,2015,that the Final Plat for Oakleaf Plat 1 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to review of the
platting documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Agreement to Complete —Public Improvements;
2.Warranty Deed (Lot A);
3.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Storm Water Detention Easement;
5.Ingress/Egress Easement.
