RESOLUTION 15-276
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [R-22 SOUTH GAS MAIN
EXTENSION PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,lnfraSource Construction,LLC,of Dallas,TX,has completed the public
improvements associated with the R-22 South Gas Main Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
R-22 South Gas Main Extension Project and confirm that said improvements constructed
as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17'"day of August,2015,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the R-22 South Gas Main Extension Project.
