RESOLUTION 15-285
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR SOMERSET OAKS PLAT I
1N THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORlTY OF THE C1TY OF WA UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,LANDING AT SHADOW CREEK,LLC (the "Property Owner")has requested
final approval of Somerset Oaks Plat I (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on July 28,2015;subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents by the City Attorney AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Somerset Oaks Plat I and the documents relating thereto comply
in all respects with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 17"'day of August,2015,that the Final Plat for Somerset Oaks Plat I be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review
and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Public Utility Easement
