RESOLUTION 15-286
APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR SOMERSET OAKS
[600 NE DOUGLAS PARKWAY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF O'A UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval,
subject to remaining staff comments,of the Site Plan for Somerset Oaks on July 28,2015;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Somerset Oaks is in general conformance with (304 —Site and
Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Somerset Oaks is in general conformance with tj30 L27(A)—
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 17"day of August,2015 that the Site Plan for Somerset Oaks (600 NE Douglas Parkway)is
approved.
