RESOLUTION 15-292
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GRANT WOODS WAUKEE PLAT 1
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Grant Woods,LLC,has requested final approval of Grant Woods Waukee Plat
1(the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on June 23,2015,subject to remaining staff comments,review of the legal documents,
and completion of public improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Grant Woods Waukee Plat I and the documents relating thereto
will comply with Section (303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this I"day of September,2015,that the Final Plat for Grant Woods Waukee Plat I be and the.
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Lot A);
2.Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Easement;
3.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Public Utility Easement;
5.Storm Water Detention,Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement;
6.Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement;
7.Snow Storage Easement;
8.Storm Sewer Easement;
9.Overland Flowage Easement;
10.Water Main Easement;
11.Landscape Buffer Easement.
