RESOLUTION 15-294
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
SK WACO PLACE/98 STREET RECONSTRUCTION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO ItrA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for SE Waco Place/98"
Street Reconstruction;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section )303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 1"day of September,2015 that the Construction Drawings for SE Waco
Place/98"Street Reconstruction are approved.
