RESOLUTION 15-297
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
KKTTLESTONE RIDGE PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,IO kYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Kettlestone Ridge
Plat I;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tt303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 8"day of September,2015 that the Construction Drawings for Kettlestone
Ridge Plat I be approved.
