RESOLUTION 15-373
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PAINTED WOODS WEST PLAT I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF V'A UKEE,IO IYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Painted Woods Development,LC,has requested final approval of Painted Woods
West Plat 1(the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on August 25,2015,subject to remaining staff comments,review of the legal
documents,and completion of public improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Painted Woods West Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto
will comply with Section )303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 21"day of October,2015,that the Final Plat for Painted Woods West Plat 1 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Lot A,B,C,D and E);
2.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Water Main Easement;
4.Public Utility Easement;
5.Overland Flowage Easement;
6.Snow Storage Easement;
7.Storm Sewer Easement;
8.Landscape Buffer Easement;
9.Monument Sign Easement.
