RESOLUTION 15-382
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
PAINTED WOODS WEST PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Painted Woods West
Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section $303 -Land
SubChvision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 9'"day of November,2015 that the Construction Drawings for Pai d
Woods West Plat 2 be approved.
