RESOLUTION 15-402
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR THE LANDING AT SHADOW CREEK PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Landing at Shadow Creek,LLC has requested final approval of The Landing at
Shadow Creek Plat 2 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on August 25,2015 subject to completion of remaining staff comments,completion of
public improvements,and review of the legal documents by the City Attorney;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for The Landing at Shadow Creek Plat 2 and the documents relating
thereto will comply vsrith Section )303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 30'"day of November,2015,that the Final Plat for The Landing at Shadow Creek Plat 2
be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee
subject to remaining staff comments,completion of public improvements,and review of the
legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Street Lots A -L);
2.Public Utility Easement;
3.Public Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement;
4.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
6.Public Water Main Easement;
7.Overland Flowage Easement;
g,Landscape Buffer Easement;
9.Public Storm Sewer,Overland Flowage and Sidewalk Easement;
10.Public Sidewalk Easement;
11.Traffic Signal Easement.
