RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE'S STATE OF IOWA FY2015
ANNUAL URBAN RENEWAL REPORT,AND DIRECTING THK DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE TO FILE THE REPORT WITH
THE DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMKNT
WHEREAS,The Waukee Director of Finance has submitted to the City Council of the
City of Waukee,the State of Iowa FY2015 Annual Urban Renewal Report for the City of
Waukee,Iowa;AND
WHEREAS,the report shows total TIF Revenues in the amount of $3,182,923 and total
Expenditures of $3,641,931 with an Ending Cash Balance of $3,615,078;AND
WHEREAS,according to Iowa Code sections 331.403(3)and 384.22(2)the report is
required to be submitted to the Department of Management by December 1st of each
year;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee hereby approves
the State of Iowa 2015 Financial Report and directs the Director of Finance to submit it to
the Auditor of State,this 30"day of November 2015.
