RESOLUTION 15-390
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [DAYBREAK PLAT I]
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THECITYOF WAUEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Sandstone Management of Carlisle,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Daybreak Plat I;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Daybreak Plat I and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project
are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16 day of November,2015,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Daybreak Plat l.
