RESOLUTION 15-393
APPROVING MIDAMERICAN ENERGY PROPOSAL FOR GRAND PRAIRIE
BRIDGE [WIRING OF BRIDGE STREET LIGHTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on September 2,2014,the Waukee City Council approved plans,specifications,
form of contract and estimate of cost (Resolution ¹14-225)and recommended to the Iowa
Department of Transportation the award of contract (Resolution ¹14-226)for the 105th
Street/Alice's Road 1-80 Interchange;AND,
WHEREAS,MidAmerican Energy Company has provided a proposal in order to install wiring
for street lights on the interchange bridge;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
16 day of November,2015,that it hereby approves the MidAmerican Energy Proposal for
Grand Prairie Bridge [Wiring of Bridge Street Lights].
